Liked: Clean, quiet site. Lovely walk from the site round the woods or venture 5 mins walk up the road for various routes through the fields to Ribchester. OS maps and walking boots recommended.

Liked: Lovely peaceful site. Toilets exceptionally clean. Easy check in and all required services. Lovely surroundings especially the wooded area. Great wifi and tv signal which we made use of as was a bit too chilly to sit out all night. Grounds are clean and tidy. Short walk into small village and river walk.

Liked: lovely campsite in a great location for country walks and a short distance from Ribchester town centre. Lovely, clean, friendly site, close to beautiful Ribchester. Would definitely recommend.

Liked: Would definitely return back to this campsite, the host is so friendly and even though the site was busy with it being easter weekend, we liked it that much we asked to stay another night, great views from the site and the facilities were great and very clean. Ribchester is great to walk from the site with a couple of lovely bars and the roman museum which was worth the visit.

Liked: We came across this site by chance just googling. Bloody glad we did. What a campsite. Catherine and John were lovely and very helpful. The actual site wha can I say the best site I have been on and we have been on a few over the years. Excellent facilities and all spotlessly clean. The grounds are beautiful and my wife had a good chat with John about the lovely flowers that are growing around the site. This will be a regular for us now as it is only 40 mins from home.
